Common questions

What is Aseef?

A structured brainstorming app. Each idea gets its own slide, and the room discusses it with blocks that each do one job: questions, polls, trade-offs, actions, resources, decisions and a focus timer. A session ends with decisions somebody owns.

Is Aseef free?

Yes. During launch everyone gets generous limits: 250 active spaces, 100 members per space besides you, 300 ideas per space, 2 GB of storage and files up to 50 MB. The lower Free plan limits take effect only when Pro launches, announced in advance, and nothing you already have will be locked behind them.

Does it work in Arabic?

Aseef was designed in Arabic and English together: a real right-to-left layout, Arabic-Indic digits and copy written by people. Each person chooses their own language, in the same space.

Can my team use it at the same time?

Yes. Everyone works in the same space live, with presence and cursors. Changes appear instantly and sync in the background, so a dropped connection does not lose your work.

Which devices does it run on?

Any modern browser on Mac, Windows and Linux, plus iPhone and iPad through the beta. The Android app is in testing, and Aseef works in Chrome on Android today.

Is my data encrypted?

It is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Aseef is not end-to-end encrypted, which means our infrastructure can technically access space content. The security page explains exactly what that means.

Can I take my ideas with me?

Yes. Export any space to Markdown or JSON whenever you like, and delete your account yourself from Account settings.
